Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider: 

If we cannot resolve a complaint and/or you (the customer) are not satisfied with the resolution offered, we will direct you to our independent alternative dispute resolution provider – the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC). You can register a complaint with the RECC by completing the online complaint form: Complaint Form – Renewable Energy Consumer Code. If a hard copy is requested, this will be provided.
