Why is this accreditation so important to us?
To be awarded an accreditation for our excellent customer service and solar installations by 8.33 Solar is a real honour.
8.33 Solar is a European manufacturer of high quality solar photovoltaic panels based in Spain. Their products are highly efficient at converting the sun’s energy into electricity without generating pollutants, waste material or noise, making them a reliable, safe and robust choice for homeowners wishing to generate their own renewable energy. All modules have the following certificates and declarations: TUV, IEC61215, IEC61730, CE and MCS BABT.
8.33 Solar’s accreditation also gives our customers peace of mind that when they choose us as their solar panel installer they will receive an outstanding service and the highest quality renewable energy products available.
We’re also an MCS certified installer too
As well as being an 8.33 Solar accredited installer, we are also accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) as an MCS certified installer.As recommended by the Energy Saving Trust, it’s important to ensure both the system and installer is MCS certified when considering solar panel installation.
We follow the Renewable Energy Consumer Code
Being an MCS certified installer also means we’re a member of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) and adhere to its guidelines to ensure our customers benefit from the full consumer protection it offers. But that’s not all; we also ensure protection for deposit payments and workmanship warranties through our membership of the Independent Warranty Association (IWA).
The IWA’s ethos is as follows, ‘We protect our customers’ investments and properties by accrediting only carefully selected professional trades people with a proven history of delivering excellent customer satisfaction.’
